After 15 years of dance training followed by 3 years of theatre school, Cait’s interest in the artful expression of the body led her to yoga teacher training. Her studies have extended across the globe, ranging from Ayurvedic medicine at the Kairali Hospital in India, to practicing meditation at Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Buddhist monastery in southern France. Currently, she is a student of the California College of Ayurveda and is studying to become an Ayurvedic Doctor. In her classes, Cait aims to challenge the body and mind in a safe, open and playful environment. Her greatest accomplishment was marrying her beautiful wife, Tara, owner of the Chetolah Pottery Studio. This spring, the couple became a family with the arrival of their son, Jude. Cait's home is Dorset but her travellers' heart brings her elsewhere when an adventure presents itself.
